Abstract

The stochastic nature of electric vehicle mass access and charging brings significant impact on distribution network operation load and operation voltage quality,and the existing research mostly carries out charging pile planning from the perspective of charging pile revenue,ignores the traffic attributes of electric vehicle charging load,and fails to consider the charging pile siting planning of electric power and traffic co-ordination.To address this problem,a charging pile siting planning method is proposed based on voltage quality optimization based on the charging characteristics of electric vehicle(EV)and the construction of power traffic integration model,taking the highest average line voltage as the target,considering the grid operation constraints and charging pile planning capacity constraints,and solving the model through improved particle swarm algorithm to solve the problem caused by uncontrolled access of EV charging piles.The voltage quality problem caused by disorderly access of charging piles.Using a small feeder model,the simulation comparison method is carried out,and the results show that the method proposed takes the maximum average line voltage as the target for charging pile siting planning,and improves the average voltage of the feeder better while meeting the charging load,which can provide an important reference value for the urban charging pile siting planning.
