Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of single-phase ground fault line routing in underground small-current grounding system,a novel routing method based on SVMD-IGSA-RBF neural network model is proposed.Firstly,by analyzing the transient characteristics of the faulted line,the sparrow algorithm optimized variational modal decomposition(SVMD)is utilized for data feature extraction to weaken the influence brought by invalid features.Secondly,the search coefficients,internal information sharing and communication mechanisms of the optimized algorithm are utilized to improve the traditional gravitational search algorithm(GSA)and enhance the performance of the algorithm.Then,the improved gravitational search algorithm(IGSA)is used in the solution set to optimize the hyperparameters related to the RBF model,and the SVMD-processed data are imported into the model to improve the convergence speed of the model.Finally,MATLAB simulation and algorithm model validation are carried out,and the experiment proved that the SVMD-IGSA-RBF model can accurately identify the faulted line and improve the accurate selection of faulted line.This method provides a reliable tool for fault diagnosis and repair of underground small current grounding system,which has important theoretical and practical significance.关键词
