Abstract
At present,both domestic and foreign mold temperature machines are generally oil or water type,and there is rarely a mold temperature machine that is compatible with water and heat medium oil.For some factories with high space planning requirements and small and medium-sized enterprises,a mold temperature machine that can simultaneously use water and oil can greatly reduce the production cost of the factory and save factory space.Currently,the existing water and oil dual-purpose mold temperature machines in China generally have the problem of not being able to automatically replenish water,directly alarming and stopping when the liquid level is low,and repeatedly replenishing water when starting up,resulting in the inability of the machine to operate for a long time.In order to solve this problem,a dual stage liquid level reminder function is added to the water and oil dual-purpose mold temperature machine,that is,when the water tank level drops to the first stage,the machine starts a low liquid level alarm and automatically replenish water.When the water level drops to the second stage,the machine starts a low liquid level alarm and automatically shut down.The mold emptying function is simplified by reversing the water pump,which is lower in cost and easier to use compared to traditional structures.A flow calculation formula is derived by combining heat transfer with machine electric heating power.The test verified that the machine's electric heating power is adjustable,achieving the design requirements of one machine for multiple uses and easy operation.关键词
