Design and Processing of Aluminum Extrusion Molds for Multi-cavity Flat Long Profiles

Abstract
The mold design of the new energy vehicle battery case bottom plate is studied based on its structural characteristics to achieve the purpose of stable extrusion of aluminum alloy profiles.A representative aluminum alloy profile is selected and studied.Based on the problems that occurred during actual extrusion production,its manufacturing difficulties are understood.Then four different mold structure schemes are designed and actual extrusion experiments are conducted.Through comparative analysis,the optimal mold structure solution is obtained by continuously optimizing and summarizing the key points of mold design and mold processing requirements.Adopting reasonable mold structure according to actual situation is studied.By controlling human intervention factors in the processing process to improve the accuracy of mold processing,the optimal mold structure scheme can improve extrusion production efficiency while reducing mold manufacturing costs,which has certain reference significance for related mold design and technical personnel.关键词
