摘要

Abstract

The diving mixer is one of the high-efficiency equipment in the sewage treatment,along with the sewage treatment demand increases,the diving mixer demand also increases rapidly,therefore,a submersible mixer integrated assembly line to increase production capacity is designed,which is adapted to the various specifications of mixer production.As the rotating power part of the motor rotor in the submersible mixer,the requirement of bearing press mounting is the key,that is,to ensure the concentricity of the front and rear bearing after press mounting and the bearing is not damaged,to ensure the rotating accuracy of the rotor and the service life of the product,which need to design the bearing press machine.The action steps:setting the stroke and pressure requirements of different types of press-fit bearing by PLC program control;structure design part,design the bearing automatic feeding device;rotor automatic feeding to the specified position,the load-shifting machine automatically grabs and places it on the v-shaped bracket,and then presses and installs it through the oil cylinder.Travel control,pressure sensor,V-type bracket center height calibrator and other measures are provided to ensure that the bearing is pressed to meet the requirements.Four years'applicaion verifies that,during the operation of sewage treatment,the failure rate of bearing damage reaches 56%,the economic effect is obvious,and it is worth to use for reference.
