Optimization of Hot Air Drying Dewaxing Process of Lycium barbarum by Response Surface Method

为提高枸杞鲜果干燥后的正品率,选取脱蜡剂乙醇、橘皮精油、维生素C为影响因子,以枸杞干果正品率为响应指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法,分析了自变量及其交互作用对枸杞干果正品率的影响.结果表明:脱蜡剂复合作用对枸杞干果正品率的影响程度由大到小依次为橘皮精油>乙醇>维生素C.复合脱蜡剂最优配方为乙醇体积分数18.45 mL/L、橘皮精油体积分数1.00 mL/L、维生素C质量浓度0.69 g/L,在此条件下,枸杞鲜果干燥后的正品率达到75.66%,可供枸杞鲜果干燥前脱蜡处理借鉴参考.

In order to improve the authenticity rate of dried Lycium barbarum fruit,dewaxing agent ethanol,orange peel essential oil and vitamin C were selected as influencing factors,and the authenticity rate of dried Lycium barbarum fruit was used as response index.On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-Behnken experiment design and response surface analysis were used to study the effects of each variable and their interaction on the genuine yield of dried wolfberry fruit.The results showed that the effects of compound dewaxing agent on the authenticity rate of dried Lycium barbarum were as follows:orange peel essential oil>ethanol>vitamin C.The optimal formula of compound dewaxing agent was as follows:ethanol volume fraction of 18.45 mL/L,orange peel essential oil volume fraction of 1.00 mL/L,vitamin C mass concentration of 0.69 g/L.Under these conditions,the authenticity rate of fresh Lycium barbarum fruit after drying reached 75.66%.The results can be used as reference for dewaxing treatment of fresh Lycium barbarum fruit before drying.
