响应面法优化枸杞热风干燥脱蜡工艺
Optimization of Hot Air Drying Dewaxing Process of Lycium barbarum by Response Surface Method

Abstract
In order to improve the authenticity rate of dried Lycium barbarum fruit,dewaxing agent ethanol,orange peel essential oil and vitamin C were selected as influencing factors,and the authenticity rate of dried Lycium barbarum fruit was used as response index.On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-Behnken experiment design and response surface analysis were used to study the effects of each variable and their interaction on the genuine yield of dried wolfberry fruit.The results showed that the effects of compound dewaxing agent on the authenticity rate of dried Lycium barbarum were as follows:orange peel essential oil>ethanol>vitamin C.The optimal formula of compound dewaxing agent was as follows:ethanol volume fraction of 18.45 mL/L,orange peel essential oil volume fraction of 1.00 mL/L,vitamin C mass concentration of 0.69 g/L.Under these conditions,the authenticity rate of fresh Lycium barbarum fruit after drying reached 75.66%.The results can be used as reference for dewaxing treatment of fresh Lycium barbarum fruit before drying.关键词
