农业强市建设水平测算、障碍度分析与实现路径OACSTPCD

Construction Level Measurement,Obstacle Degree Analysis and Implementation Path of Strong Agricultural City:A Case Study of Nanchang City

选取2022年中部六省省会城市的宏观数据,构建农业强市评价指标体系,运用熵权法对六省省会城市的农业强市建设水平进行测算,通过对比南昌市与其他五省省会城市的测算结果,明确了南昌市农业强市建设的优势,同时利用障碍度模型分析了南昌市建设农业强市的短板与阻力.结果表明:南昌市在农业供给能力和农业创新能力,以及农村基础设施水平和公共服务质量方面存在明显的优势;但在农村生活环境、农民物质和精神生活方面存在短板.因此,南昌市应加强在耕地保障、就业环境、财政支农、产业发展与基础设施等方面的建设,以加快实现农业强市建设目标.

Based on the macro data of the capital cities of six provinces in Central China in 2022,the evaluation index system of the strong agricultural city was constructed.The entropy weight method was used to calculate the construction level of the strong agricultural city in the capital cities of six provinces.By comparing the calculation results of the capital cities of other five provinces in Central China,the advantages of building a strong agricultural city in Nanchang were identified.At the same time,the obstacle degree model was used to analyze the weaknesses and resistance of building a strong agricultural city in Nanchang.The results show that Nanchang has obvious advantages in the agricultural supply capacity and agricultural innovation ability,as well as the level of rural infrastructure and the quality of public services,but there are shortcomings in the rural living environment,farmers'material and spiritual life.Therefore,Nanchang should strengthen the construction of farmland security,employment environment,financial support for agriculture,industrial development and infrastructure,and accelerate the realization of the goal of building a strong agricultural city.
