在中国高等教育体系中,成人学历继续教育是发挥思政教育立德树人作用的重要阵地.研究旨在从教学体系构建与激励机制研究维度,探讨实现医学成人学历继续教育课程思政目标的路径和方法,紧紧围绕课程思政质量提升这一核心目标,在提高成人学生职业能力的同时,引导学生自觉践行社会主义核心价值观,提升继续医学教育课程思政水平,建设高质量的教育体系.

In China's higher education system,adult academic continuing education serves as an important platform for implementing ideological and political education to foster moral and ethical development.This study aims to explore the pathways and methodologies for achieving the ideological and political education objectives within medical adult degree continuing education courses from the perspectives of teaching system construction and incentive mechanism research.Focusing on the core goal of enhancing the quality of ideological and political education in these courses,the study seeks to improve the vocational capabilities of adult students while guiding them to consciously practice socialist core values,thereby elevating the ideological and political standards of medical continuing education and building a high-quality education system.
