"三全育人"视域下医学生心理健康教育模式改革OA
Reform of Mental Health Education Mode of Medical Students From the Perspective of"Three Whole Education"
"三全育人"教育理念是党中央对于大学生思想政治教育的全新教育指导思想,心理健康教育则是大学生思想政治教育中的重中之重,关于大学生心理健康教育在新时期新思想的引导下已有一些报道,然而,查阅国内外相关文献,发现在"三全育人"教育理念的指导下,针对临床医学五年制本科生的心理健康教育工作并没有成熟经验可以借鉴.目前对于健康人才的教育工作改革仍然是广大教育工作者们持续探索的方向.文章基于"三全育人"视域,通过大胆创新、多措并举,全员提升心理健康教育意识和打造专业化师资队伍,全程加强对医学生心理健康教育的指导与干预以及心理健康问题的跟踪与反馈,构建全方位融合的心理育人体系,促使每一个临床医学生在专业领域快速成长的同时,更能获得良好的身心健康.
The educational concept of"Three Whole Education"is the Party Central Committee's new educational guiding ideology for ideological and political education of college students,and mental health education is the top priority in ideological and political education of college students.There have been some reports about mental health education of college students under the guidance of new ideas in the new era.However,by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,it is found that under the guidance of the educational concept of"Three Whole Education",there is no mature experience in mental health education for five-year undergraduate students in clinical medicine.At present,the reform of education for health talents is still the direction that educators continue to explore.Based on the vision of"Three Whole Education",this paper aims to enhance the awareness of mental health education and build a professional team of teachers,strengthen the guidance and intervention of mental health education for medical students and track and feedback on mental health problems in the whole process,and build an all-round integrated psychological education system through bold innovation and multiple measures,to promote every clinical medical students in the professional field of rapid growth at the same time,better access to good physical and mental health.
