Construction of Post Competency Model for Interventional Specialized Nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a post competency model for specialized nurses in the intervention room.Methods From March 2023 to March 2024,a research group was set up,and 7 nursing experts and 9 medical experts were consulted by the Delphi method.Results The effective response rates of the 2 rounds of inquiry questionnaires were 94%and 100%,respectively.After 2 rounds of consultation with 16 experts,4 primary indicators and 28 secondary indicators were constructed.Conclusion Exploring the construction of a competency model for specialized nursing positions,with credible results,which have certain scientific and applicability,but the indicator system still needs to be continuously verified,modified,and improved in practice.关键词
