医学实习生内科入科教育的探讨
Discussion on Internal Medicine Admission Education for Medical Interns

Abstract
Clinical practice is an important process for medical students to change into doctors,and admission education for interns is the first key step in internal medicine teaching.It is difficult and ineffective to conduct one-time admission education for each sub-specialty before interns enter the clinic.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct admission education of internal medicine for interns before entering each subspecialty.Based on the teaching experience of internal medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,this paper discusses how to flexibly and innovatively use case teaching,multimedia teaching,network teaching,simulation training method,and task-driven teaching method to achieve good teaching effects.The contents of education should cover discipline education and internship duties,medical safety education,medical ethics and humanities education,psychological counseling,introduction of working environment and characteristics of each sub-specialty,clinical skills training,clinical thinking training,future planning,etc.,so as to increase their confidence in internship work.At the same time,teaching evaluation and feedback system should be established in order to achieve the good effect of"mutual teaching".关键词
