Abstract
With the rapid aging of the population,the problem of old-age care has gradually attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad.At present,it is particularly important for the state to establish and reform the sound endowment insurance mechanism and expand the coverage.And its effective implementation is an important guarantee for the elderly care of medical staff.Based on China's national conditions,hospital and other relevant regulations and cultural background,summarizes the current situation,shortcomings and improvement ways of pension insurance in the field of medical and health care,and constantly explores the fairness and feasibility of the pension insurance system.To provide reference and guidance for building a comprehensive pension system,thereby improving the welfare and benefits of hospital staffand enhancing their sense of well-being.关键词
