乳腺癌组织中CNN2、ANKRD22表达水平与临床病理特征的关系研究
Relationship between expression levels of CNN2,ANKRD22 and clinicopathological features in breast cancer tissues

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression levels of calmodulin 2(CNN2),ankyrin repeat domain 22(ANKRD22)in breast cancer tissues and clinicopathological features.Methods Ninety ca-ses of breast cancer undergoing surgical resection in Affiliated Haian Hospital,Nantong University from Janu-ary 2018 to April 2023 were selected as research subjects.The breast cancer tissues and paracancerous normal tissues were collected.The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues and paracancer-ous normal tissues were detected by the real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The differences in the expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues among the patients with different breast cancer pathological characteristics were observed,the relationship between the expression levels of CNN2,ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues and clinicopathologic characteristics(tumor maximal di-ameter,pathological stage,differentiation degree),and its prediction efficiency on axillary lymph node metas-tasis were analyzed.Results The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues were sig-nificantly higher than those in paracancerous normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 had statistical differences among the breast cancer tissues with different tumor maximal diame-ters,pathological stages and differentiation degrees(P<0.05).With the breast tumor maximal diameter in-crease,pathological stage rise and differentiation degree decrease,the expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues were in turn increased(P<0.05).The correlation analysis results showed that the CNN2 and ANKRD22 expression levels in the breast cancer tissues were positively correlated with the tumor maximal diameter and pathological stage(r=0.427,0.316,P<0.05;rs=0.452,0.357;P<0.05),and negatively correlated with differentiation degree(rs=-0.514,-0.463,P<0.05).The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues in the patients of breast cancer with axillary lymph node metas-tasis were higher than those in the patients without axillary lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic curve analysis results showed that the area under the curve of CNN2 combined with ANKRD22 in the breast cancer tissues for predicting axillary lymph node metastasis was 0.905(95%CI:0.780-0.989).Conclusion The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues are signifi-cantly increased,which is closely correlated to clinicopathological features.The both combination has better efficiency for predicting axillary lymph node metastasis,which is helpful to evaluate the disease condition and guide diagnosis and treatment.关键词
