宫腔镜术前宫颈软化的临床研究
Clinical study of cervical malacia before hysteroscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacies and adverse reactions among phloroglucinol injection,mi-soprostol and disposable cervical dilation mold before hysteroscopy in softening the cervix.Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery in this hospital from July 2020 to December 2022 were se-lected and divided into the phloroglucinol group(group A),misoprostol group(group B)and disposable cervi-cal dilation mold group(group C)according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The cervical softening effect,uterine dilation time,intraoperative water leakage rate and adverse reaction rate were compared among the three groups of patients.Results There was statistically significant difference in the ef-fective rate of cervical softening among the three groups(P=0.023).The effective rate of cervical softening in the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B(P=0.012).Although the effective rate of cervical softening in the group C was higher than that in the group B,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.053).The uterine dilation time had statistically significant difference among the three groups(P=0.018).The uterine dilation time in the group A and group C was shorter than that in the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.008,0.031).The uterine dilation time had no statis-tically significant difference between the group A and group C(P=0.600).There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the intraoperative water leakage rate among the three groups(P=0.108).The incidence rate of adverse reactions had statistically significant difference among the three groups(P＜0.001).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the group B was the highest,which significantly higher than that in the group A and group C(P＜0.001,0.011).Conclusion Each of the three methods of cervical dilation has advantages and disadvantages.Preoperative hysteroscopy should be combined with the length of operation,water leakage rate,medical cost and ad-verse reactions to comprehensively consider and select the cervical softening method.关键词
