目的 为解决深部孤岛充填工作面沿空掘巷围岩控制问题,方法 以邢东矿12216运料巷为背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究孤岛面临侧采空区在不同充填率条件下沿空掘巷围岩偏应力分布规律,模拟分析孤岛工作面充填开采时,工作面超前段围岩受动压影响时的偏应力演化特征.结果 结果表明:(1)孤岛工作面沿空掘巷巷道煤柱帮受临侧采空区充填效应影响较大,临侧采空区充填率增加使煤柱上偏应力峰值区呈椭圆形并逐步向采空区侧转移;(2)孤岛充填工作面沿空掘巷顶底板偏应力场形成一个朝向采空区侧的弧形低值带;(3)孤岛充填动压扰动时期,最大偏应力区位于实体煤一侧,距工作面前方8 m左右,距巷道4.3 m左右,峰值可达34 MPa.结论 结合数值模拟分析结果,提出采用"高强度锚杆+大直径高延伸率锚索"协同支护方式,现场工程实践表明,该支护方式沿空巷道围岩控制效果良好.

Objectives To solve the problem of surrounding rock control in the gob-side driving roadway of the deep island filling working face,Methods taking the 12216 material haulage roadway of Xingdong Mine as the background,the FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to study the distribution law of the deviatoric stress in the surrounding rock of the gob-side driving roadway under different filling rates in the goaf on both sides of the island face.Additionally,the evolution characteristics of deviatoric stress in the sur-rounding rock of the front section of the working face under the influence of dynamic pressure during the filling mining of the island working face were simulated and analyzed.Results The results showed that:(1)The coal pillar side of the roadway driven along the goaf in the island face was greatly affected by the fill-ing effect of the side goaf.The increase in the filling rate of the side goaf made the peak area of deviatoric stress on the coal pillar take on an elliptical shape and gradually transfer to the side of the goaf.(2)Island filling formed an arc low-value zone towards the side of the goaf in the deviating stress field of the top and bottom of the roadway along the goaf.(3)During the period of dynamic pressure disturbance of island filling,the maximum deviator stress zone was located on the side of solid coal,about 8 m away from the working face,about 4.3 m away from the roadway,and the peak value could reach 34 MPa.Conclusions Combined with the results of numerical simulation analysis,the cooperative support mode of"high-strength bolt+large-diameter and high-elongation anchor cable"was proposed.Field engineering practice showed that the sur-rounding rock control effect of the goaf roadway was good.
