摘要
Abstract
Laboratory construction is a niche project.Regarding the project of the School of Medicine at Southern University of Science and Technology,it was characterized by complex functions,complicated electromechanical systems,and a tight project schedule.This study took this project for example to propose suggestions on various aspects including early project approval,project scale demonstration,detailed project design,project progress control,and project management modes.In this way,it is expected to provide useful experience for subsequent similar projects.关键词
