Abstract
The PPP+EPC mode has advantages of both PPP and EPC.It integrates superior resources in the public and private sectors for infrastructure construction and operation through cooperation.Without a doubt,this is an innovative practice that can break the impasse of infrastructure construction.However,this new mode is rarely applied in practice in China.To achieve the goal of 1+1＞2,this study probes into potential legal risks,construction risks,operation risks,and risks of alterations and claims that relate to the PPP+EPC mode.On this basis,corresponding optimization measures were put forward.关键词
