Abstract
In recent years,the Chinese government actively promoted whole-process engineering consultation in the building industry.However,it is still not widely applied in China.Considering this,many factors are found to affect the promotion and application of whole-process engineering consultation in the building industry.However,they are seldom empirically investigated yet.Based on the literature review,this study identifies factors that influence the whole-process engineering consultation development in China.By questionnaire surveys and expert interviews,key influence factors were confirmed.According to relevant results,"policies and systems relating to whole-process engineering consultation","integrated service capability of whole-process engineering consultation service providers",and"trust relationship of project participants"are all key factors affecting the progress of whole-process engineering consultation in China.Moreover,different participants have reached a consensus on the importance of these factors.It is expected that relevant research findings can be used as theoretical references for the high-quality development of whole-process engineering consultation in China's building industry.关键词
