Abstract
In recent years,the shantytown reconstruction is an important field of urban quality development in China,but also reflects the important construction projects with the people as the center,is being carried out in full swing throughout the country.How to strengthen the risk identification and analysis of the shed renovation project is particularly important for dealing with risks and reducing the adverse impact of various risks on the development enterprises participating in such projects.In this paper,the risk identification theory is effectively combined with the shantytown reconstruction project,WBS and analytic Hierarchy process are used to identify and analyze the risk of shantytown reconstruction project,and the risk management process is embedded in the specific shantytown reconstruction project,which provides decision-making basis for project managers and effectively improves the anti-risk ability of shantytown reconstruction project.关键词
