Abstract
In the face of the incremental slowdown and imbalanced talent structure in thesurvey and design market,how to efficiently give play to human resource efficiency is always a top concern for enterprises.With the survey and design industry as a study object,this paper dissected contradictions in the supply and structure of industrial talent,which employer brands are faced with in their development,as well as the contradiction between individual autonomy and traditional organizational culture;probed into difficulties such as the lagging development of functional orientation,declining effectiveness of policy tools,and slow digital transformation of human resource management in enterprises;presented countermeasures and explored in practice through a case study of the development of employer brands by CITIC General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co.,Ltd..关键词
