摘要
Abstract
With the regionalized and large-scale advancement of regional development and construction,the leading role of initial planning and design in regional development has received increasingly great attention.However,such planning and design also face pain points such as failure in implementation and difficulty inmanagement.This paper analyzed existing constraints and acquired foreign methods and experience in the process of planning,design,completion and operation.On this basis,a method of control in the stage of connection was presented,which integrates"multidisciplinary platforms,overall planning in all dimensions,participation in the whole process,and a law-based mechanism",and it was put into practice in the development and construction of the Longyang Road Integrated Hub Project in Shanghai.关键词
