Abstract
Data asset management has an important influence on improving construction project efficiency,quality,and sustainability in the full life cycle.This study systematically analyzes applications of data assets in various stages of project planning,project design,project construction,and project operation and maintenance.As emphasized,all aspects of project implementation can be improved through real-time data monitoring,precise resource allocation,risk management,and cost control.Thanks to technological support from Building Information Modeling(BIM),the Internet of Things(IoT)and Artificial Intelligence(AI),etc.,data asset management has the potential to significantly promote both precision and efficiency and construction project management.In this study,certain strategies were raised,such as data governance framework improvement,adoption of advanced data analysis techniques,and promotion of cross-department cooperation.On this basis,it is expected to facilitate the digital transformation of the building industry.关键词
