严寒地区旧工业建筑适应性改造设计方法初探
Preliminary Exploration of Adaptive Retrofit Design Methods for Old Industrial Buildings in Cold Regions

Abstract
With the continuous development and expansion of the city,the once prosperous old factories have been moved to new sites one after another,and it is a general trend to revitalize the unused old industrial buildings through adaptive remodeling.For the old industrial buildings in the cold region,how to take into account the adaptability to the cold climate while remodeling the image and function has become a problem that cannot be ignored.By combining the climate characteristics of the cold region and the characteristics of old industrial buildings,the article proposes adaptive transformation design methods from the perspective of site planning and layout and building units,respectively,to strengthen the protection and reuse of old industrial buildings in cold regions,in order to continue the historical lineage while realizing the sustainable development of the building and the environment.关键词
