Research on Integrated Development of"Physical-Online"Commercial Nodes and Sci-tech Parks:

Abstract
Urban commercial node(UCN)is one of the indispensable urban elements in the development of sci-tech parks(STPs),and is diverging into physical and online directions.This paper selected Jiangcun and Yongfu as representatives of UCNs featuring a mix of"physical-online"functions and primarily offering online services,respectively,and generalized the integrated development models of the two types of UCNs with STPs.The results indicated that UCNs with a mix of"physical-online"functions could provide diversified commercial services for STPs,and a high-quality commercial atmosphere was conducive to attracting sci-tech enterprises.UCNs that primarily offer online services could provide basic commercial services for STPs,quickly compensating for the absence of physical commercial functions in the early stages of sci-tech city construction.This paper provided references for the rational planning of commercial and industrial functions in sci-tech cities.关键词
