Research on the Spatiotemporal Distribution Patterns of Cultural Heritage in the Gully Area of the Loess Plateau in Northern Shaanxi

Abstract
Revealing the distribution characteristics of cultural heritage in the gully area of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi,providing reference for the study of historical and cultural spatiotemporal changes and the refinement of historical and cultural spatial patterns in the region.The study divides cultural heritage into three categories based on their connotations:settlement type,humanistic type,and defensive type.Using geographic information technology to analyze its spatial distribution characteristics,combined with historical,cultural,social and other spatiotemporal changes,this study investigates the spatiotemporal distribution patterns and influencing factors of cultural heritage in the gully area of the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi.It is pointed out that the location and direction of rivers and roads have a significant impact on the distribution of settlement type cultural heritage.The natural landscape of mountains and rivers determines the site selection and layout of cultural heritage,and political and military activities promote the development and evolution of defensive heritage from point to belt.关键词
