长效评价体系于历史文化街区发展的思考
Thinking of Long-Term Evaluation System in the Development of Historical and Cultural Blocks

Abstract
Historical and cultural blocks not only have rich cultural attributes,but also always bear the heavy responsibility of urban and rural residents'work and life,and are the dual carriers of material life and spiritual culture.To make the vitality of cultural heritage glow steadily and continuously,but also for the masses to effectively benefit from the material and spiritual civilization construction of cultural heritage,strengthen the process evaluation of the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks,and form a systematic and long-term evaluation mechanism is an important part of the process.This paper discusses the direction and method of neighborhood evaluation,starting from multiple subjects,pays attention to people's livelihood public opinion,and discusses the construction of evaluation model.Identify and diagnose problems to provide direction for future optimization progress.关键词
