数字经济碳减排的溢出效应及作用机制研究OACHSSCD

Research on the Spillover Effect and Mechanism of Carbon Emission Reduction in the Digital Economy

为探究数字经济在实现"双碳"目标中发挥的重要作用,选取2010-2021年中国30个省份面板数据,构建空间杜宾模型实证检验数字经济对碳排放的外部溢出效应,并探讨异质性绿色技术创新在其中发挥的作用.研究表明:数字经济发展可以有效抑制碳排放,并且这一过程存在显著的空间溢出效应,数字经济发展对低碳发展的间接溢出效应强于直接效应;在数字经济发展对碳排放的影响关系中,绿色技术创新发挥着中介效用,并且发明型绿色技术创新和实用型绿色技术创新在数字经济影响碳排放的过程中发挥的作用有所区别,前者所占中介效应比例更大;伴随政府干预程度不断提高,数字经济对碳排放的抑制作用也不断增强.此次研究为数字经济与碳排放之间因果关系提供了新的文献证据与细分传导机制.

In order to explore the important role played by digital economy in realizing the goal of"double carbon",this paper selects the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021 to build a spatial dubin model to empirically test the external spillover effect of digital economy on carbon emis-sions,and discusses the role of heterogeneous green technology innovation in it.The results show that the development of the digital economy can effectively inhibit carbon emissions,and there is a signifi-cant spatial spillover effect in this process,and the indirect spillover effect of the development of the digital economy on low-carbon development is stronger than the direct effect;that in the relationship between the development of the digital economy and carbon emissions,green technology innovation plays an intermediary role,and the roles of inventive green technology innovation and practical green technology innovation in the process of affecting carbon emissions in the digital economy are different,and the former accounts for a larger proportion of the intermediary effect;and that with the increasing degree of government intervention,the inhibitory effect of the digital economy on carbon emissions has also been increasing.This study provides new documentary evidence and subdivision transmission mechanism for the causal relationship between digital economy and carbon emissions.
