The Status Quo,Problems,and Suggestions of Policies Supporting Enterprise Technological Innovation in Xiong'an New Area

Abstract
[Research purpose]The establishment of Xiong'an New Area in Hebei Province is a significant strategic deployment in China.Studying and promoting policy measures to support the high standard construction and high-quality development of Xiong'an New Area is of great strategic significance.As the fundamental unit of a market economy,enterprises are not only the main participants in economic activities,but also the main drivers of technological progress.In the new context of globalization,enterprises are the main body of technological innovation,and their technological innovation capabilities have become one of the core elements of national(or regional)competitiveness.Therefore,analyzing and studying the policies supporting enterprise technological innovation in Xiong'an New Area has significant practical guidance value for promoting the construction and high-quality development of the area with high standards.[Research method]Based on policy texts,this article systematically analyzes the status quo and problems of policies supporting enterprise technological innovation in Xiong'an New Area from five aspects:fiscal policy,financial policy,tax policy,technological policy,and talent policy.[Research conclusion]In summary,the main problems include:excessive fiscal and financial policies,and insufficient long-term policies such as taxation;lack of clear support policies for enterprise basic research;the talent policy needs to be optimized.The article proposes policy recommendations to further support enterprise technological innovation in Xiong'an New Area in the future:increasing support for technological policies,continuously improving fiscal policies,further deepening tax policies,coordinating financial policies,and vigorously developing social research and development institutions.关键词
