Research on the Construction of High-quality Development System of China's Copyright Services Based on the Improvement of Competitive Intelligence Capability

Abstract
[Research purpose]Copyright services is an important part of intellectual property service.In the context of increasing competition in the strategic competition in intellectual property service industry among major countries,this study uses the theoretical method of competitive intelligence to study the problems about the high-quality development of China's copyright services,providing references for the theoretical research and practical work of innovation and development of China's copyright services.[Research method]According to the theoretical method of industrial competitive intelligence system construction,the research analyzes the necessity and feasibility of competitive intelligence system construction for China's copyright services.It studies key issues such as identifying and selecting of target users,setting system demand and function,organizing structure and personnel,designing competitive intelligence service products and processes,selecting necessary information technology support,and operating mechanisms.From the perspective of competitive intelligence theory,this paper studies the implementation path of the high-quality development of system construction for China's copyright services.[Research conclusion]It is found that China's copyright services is a new application scenario of competitive intelligence,and the system construction for China's copyright services is both necessary and feasible.Focusing on introducing competitive intelligence and improving competitive intelligence capability,this study proposes the solutions and implementation paths for the high-quality development of system construction for China's copyright services from five aspects.关键词
