超声SWE联合MRI对非肿块型乳腺癌的诊断价值分析OACSTPCD
Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound SWE Technique Combined with MRI for Non-mass Breast Cancer
目的 分析超声实时剪切波弹性成像(shearwave elastography,SWE)联合MRI诊断非肿块型乳腺癌的临床价值.方法 收集2021年8月至2023年12月108例非肿块型乳腺病变患者,根据病理结果分为恶性组33例和非恶性组75例.比较2组一般资料及超声SWE定量参数,分析超声SWE联合MRI对非肿块型乳腺癌的诊断价值.结果 恶性组病灶弹性模量最大值、弹性模量最小值、弹性模量平均值及与周围组织弹性模量比值均较良性组大(P<0.01).受试者工作特征曲线分析结果显示,超声SWE与MRI联合诊断非肿块型乳腺癌的曲线下面积、敏感度均较单独诊断高(P<0.01).结论 超声SWE联合MRI有利于提高对非肿块型乳腺癌的诊断敏感度,具有较好的诊断价值.
Objective To analyze the clinical value of real-time ultrasound shear wave elastography(SWE)com-bined with MRI in the diagnosis of non-mass breast cancer.Methods A total of 108 patients with non-mass breast lesions were collected from August 2021 to December 2023,and then divided into malignant group(n=33)and non-malignant group(n=75)according to the pathological results.The diagnostic value of ultrasound SWE combined with MRI in non-mass breast cancer was analyzed by comparing the general data and quantitative parameters of ultrasound SWE in the two groups.Results The maximum elastic modulus,minimum elastic modulus,average elastic modulus and the ratio of elastic modulus to surrounding tissue in malignant group were higher than those in benign group(P<0.01).The results of receiver op-erating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve(AUC)and sensitivity of ultrasound SWE combined with MRI in the diagnosis of non-mass breast cancer were higher than those of single diagnosis(P<0.01).Conclusion Ultrasound SWE combined with MRI is beneficial to improve the diagnostic sensitivity of non-mass breast can-cer and has good clinical diagnostic value.
