复方红藤糖浆联合抗菌药物治疗盆腔炎性疾病的效果
The effect of compound red vine syrup combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of compound red vine syrup combined with antibiotics in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).Methods Sixty PID patients admitted to the gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to De-cember 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group,using a random number table method.Both groups were treated with intravenous infusion of cefotetan combined with metronidazole sodium chloride injection,with the study group also receiving oral administra-tion of compound red vine syrup.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared,including the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score for pain,the McCormack objective signs score for pelvic pain,as well as changes in lower back and sacral pain,lower abdominal pain,abnormal vaginal discharge,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score for fatigue,white blood cell count(WBC),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL)-10,and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α in both groups.Results After treatment,the total ef-fective rates in the study group and the control group were 93.33％and 73.33％,respectively.The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,both groups showed decreases in VAS score,McCormack score,lower back and sacral pain score,lower abdominal pain score,abnor-mal vaginal discharge score,fatigue score,WBC count,hs-CRP level,and TNF-αlevel,as well as an increase in IL-10 level(all P＜0.01)after treatment.Compared with the control group after treatment,the study group showed decreases in VAS score,McCormack score,lower back and sacral pain score,lower abdominal pain score,abnormal vaginal dis-charge score,fatigue score,WBC count,hs-CRP level,and TNF-α level,as well as an increase in IL-10 level(all P＜0.05).Conclusions The combination of compound red vine syrup and antibiotics can improve the clinical symptoms of PID patients with damp heat accumulation syndrome which is safe.关键词
