高膳食总抗氧化力与糖尿病的相关性研究OACSTPCD
Study on the correlation between dietary total antioxidant capacity and diabetes
目的 探讨膳食总抗氧化力(DTAC)与糖尿病发生的相关性.方法 选取2021年至2023来安县人民医院内分泌科住院的124例糖尿病患者及同期参与体检的128例成人作为研究对象,采用半定量频数调查法收集研究对象摄入的所有食物种类及数量,参照公开数据库通过血浆铁还原能力(FRAP)、自由基捕获抗氧化参数(TRAP)和Trolox等效抗氧化能力(TEAC)3个指标评估膳食总抗氧化力.按四分位法将上述3个指标数值由低到高分为4组(Q1~Q4).采用log…查看全部>>
