以帘线钢、易切削钢为研究对象,探讨利用全自动夹杂物分析系统对钢中夹杂物进行自动统计分析时,图像采集参数、灰度和阈值设置及保护区设置等参数对夹杂物统计结果的影响.结果表明:可通过最小夹杂物尺寸识别概率来计算所需的像素尺寸,进而选择合适的放大倍数和分辨率;灰度和阈值设置必须匹配,使用参比Al时,灰度差异比约为3.7时,可以得到准确的统计结果;试样中夹杂物尺寸较小时可不设置保护区,夹杂物尺寸较大时需设置保护区.

Taking cord steel and free cutting steel as research objects,explored the effects of image acquisition parameters,grayscale and threshold settings,and protection zone settings parameters on the statistical results of inclusions in steel when using a fully automatic inclusion analysis system for automatic statistical analysis of inclusions in steel.The results show that the required pixel size could be calculated by minimizing the probability of identifying the inclusion size,and then selected the appropriate magnification and resolution.The grayscale and threshold settings must match.When using reference Al,accurate statistical results could be obtained when the grayscale difference ratio was about 3.7.When the size of inclusions in the sample was small,no protective zone could be set up.When the size of inclusions was large,a protective zone needed to be set up.
