对Incoloy901高温合金分别进行了短时高温持久试验和长期高温持久试验,使用扫描电镜对试样断口附近的组织进行分析.结果表明:在短时高温持久和长期高温持久试验过程中,试样晶界处弥散分布着大量颗粒状碳化物,使材料产生应变集中;随着热变形时间的延长,沿晶界处形成了蠕变孔洞,进一步促进了裂纹扩展,最终导致合金试样断裂.

Short-term and long-term high-temperature creep rupture tests were conducted on Incoloy901 superalloy,and the microstructure near the fracture surface of the sample was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy.The results show that during the short-term and long-term high-temperature creep rupture tests,a large amount of granular carbides were dispersed at the grain boundaries of the samples,resulting in strain concentration.As the hot deformation time pr…查看全部>>
