Fracture behavior of Incoly901 alloy after high-temperature creep rupture test

对Incoloy901高温合金分别进行了短时高温持久试验和长期高温持久试验,使用扫描电镜对试样断口附近的组织进行分析.结果表明:在短时高温持久和长期高温持久试验过程中,试样晶界处弥散分布着大量颗粒状碳化物,使材料产生应变集中;随着热变形时间的延长,沿晶界处形成了蠕变孔洞,进一步促进了裂纹扩展,最终导致合金试样断裂.

Short-term and long-term high-temperature creep rupture tests were conducted on Incoloy901 superalloy,and the microstructure near the fracture surface of the sample was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy.The results show that during the short-term and long-term high-temperature creep rupture tests,a large amount of granular carbides were dispersed at the grain boundaries of the samples,resulting in strain concentration.As the hot deformation time prolonged,creep cavities were formed along the grain boundaries,further promoted crack propagation and ultimately led to the fracture of the alloy specimens.
