Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development of the construction industry,the talent demand gap has increased.However,there are some problems in the current vocational education of the construction industry,such as the disconnection between talent training and the demand of talents in the construction industry,the imperfect training mode of innovative talents,and the lack of double-qualified teachers.In an effort to change this situation,vocational education should carry out school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education,that is,optimize the talent training mode according to the industrial development trend,strengthen the connection between vocational education and vocational post demand,establish a matching school system,and reform the vocational education in the construction industry.关键词
