Abstract
Service English is an English course of vocational skills,which is crucial to the future career development of service majors in higher vocational colleges.It conducts the questionnaire survey on the learning situation of students majoring in hotel and tourism management in Yingkou Vocational and Technical College,analyzes the investigation results and data,and summarizes the learning bottleneck,problems and causes in the teaching of service English,offering teaching suggestions for service English course.关键词
