Research on the Implementation Path and Logical Construction of Consultative Supervision of County-level CPPCC:Based on Inspection of the"Inspector General"System of the Liandu District CPPCC in Lishui

Abstract
Consultative supervision is the new positioning of the democratic supervision function of the CPPCC in the new era.Compared with the other two major functions of the CPPCC,the role of supervision is relatively weak.The important reason for this is that the CPPCC as one of the four teams,often"both commands and supervises"in grassroots practice.The Liandu District CPPCC in Lishui returns to its main responsibility and business,highlighting the function of"consultation and supervision",innovating and practicing the"Inspector General"system,improving its operating mechanism and work efficiency.This exploration not only reveals the internal logical construction of the supervision of the CPPCC,which takes supervision as the key point,consultation as the form,and democracy as the essence,but also provides useful inspiration for the innovation of the supervision path of the county-level CPPCC,which fully leverages the characteristics and advantages of the CPPCC in four aspects:subject,status,system,and channel.关键词
