共同富裕背景下开放大学新型职业农民培育策略研究
Research on the Cultivation Strategy of New Professional Farmers in Open Universities under the Background of Common Prosperity
摘要
Abstract
The most arduous task of achieving common prosperity still lies in rural areas.The key factor for common prosperity in rural areas is to cultivate more new professional farmers"who are educated,knowledgeable in technology,and skilled in management".The cultivation of new professional farmers in open universities has unique advantages such as a sound education system,flexible teaching methods,and abundant teaching resources.Open universities can further enhance the effectiveness of cultivating new professional farmers through the following ways:updating educational concepts and innovating cultivation mechanisms;highlighting demand orientation and optimizing cultivation content;improving the cultivation curriculum and enhancing the effectiveness of cultivation;innovating teaching methods,and emphasizing both theory and practice;optimizing the teaching staff to ensure the quality of cultivation.关键词
