大型立式多级离心泵轴向力平衡装置研究OA北大核心CSTPCD

Research on axial force balancing device for large vertical multistage centrifugal pumps

针对多级离心泵轴向力平衡问题,对大型立式多级泵轴向力平衡装置展开了研究,并分析对比了其在不同流量和泵级数下的轴向力平衡效果.通过数值模拟和试验研究,对立式多级泵轴向力和平衡装置推力进行了计算与分析,比较了不同工况下轴向力和推力的变化趋势及轴向力平衡效果.结果表明,多级泵轴向力、平衡装置推力与流量呈负相关,而轴向力平衡效果随着流量增大而加强;随着泵级数增加,多级泵轴向力呈现上升趋势,并且立式多级泵轴向力与泵级数呈非线性倍数关系,六级泵轴向力约为三级泵的2.5倍,推力装置的轴向力平衡效果随着泵级数增加而弱化;该轴向力平衡装置能够有效平衡大型立式多级离心泵轴向力,在各工况下能够平衡多级泵50%以上的轴向力;基于扬程估算推力与试验结果相近,可作为平衡装置推力快速估算方法.研究结果可为多级离心泵的设计及应用提供参考.

For the problem of axial force balancing of multistage centrifugal pump,research was conducted on the axial force balancing device for large-scale vertical multistage pumps,and its axial force balancing effect under different flow rates and number of pump stages was analyzed and compared.Numerical simulation and prototype testing were employed to calculate and measure the axial force of the pump and thrust of the balancing device.And the variations of axial force and thrust under different conditions were compared.The calculation results show that the axial force of the multistage pump and thrust of the balancing device is negatively correlated with the flow rate,and the axial force balancing effect is enhanced with the increase of flow rate.With the increase of number of pump stages,the axial force of the multistage pump exhibits an ascending trend,and the relationship between the axial force and number of pump stages shows a nonlinear multiple relationship,the axial force of a six-stage pump is approximately 2.5 times that of a three-stage pump,the axial force balancing effect of the thrust device becomes weaker with the increase of number of pump stages.The axial force balancing device can effectively balance the axial force of large vertical multistage centrifugal pump,and can balance more than 50%of the axial force of the pump under various working conditions.Additionally,the thrust estimation based on the head is close to the experimental results,which can be used as a rapid estimation method for the thrust of the balancing device.The research results can privide reference for the design and opplication of multistage centrifugal pumps.
