Meta-evaluation of qualitative study of training experience for specialist nurses in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative research of training experiences of nurse specialists in China.Methods The databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,SinoMed,CNKI,WanFang and VIP,were used for searching from inception to January 2023 to collect qualitative studies about training experience of nurse specialists in China.Results A total of 18 studies were included,containing 40 findings.Nine categories were generated,and 3 synthesized results were ob-tained:nurse specialists training was both rewarding and stressful;sources of perceived stress in nurse specialists training;factors af-fecting the training experience.Conclusion Training bases should pay attention to the mental health of trainees and continuously im-prove training programs to promote the development of specialized nursing care.关键词
