心外膜脂肪在心房心肌病和心房重构中作用的研究进展
Advances in the role of epicardial fat in atrial cardiomyopathy and atrial remodeling
摘要
Abstract
Epicardial adipose tissue(EAT),a visceral fat depot deposited around the heart,has been proved to be closely asso-ciated with the development of many cardiovascular diseases,thus garnering growing attention.Under pathological conditions,it acts on the adjacent myocardium through pathological mechanisms such as paracrine pro-inflammatory and pro-fibrotic adipokines,direct infil-tration,and oxidative stress to induce myocardial remodeling,including atrial structural,electrophysiological,and functional remodel-ing.This article focused on the relationship between EAT and atrial remodeling,by exploring the anatomical features of EAT,the patho-physiological mechanisms that promote atrial remodeling,the available technical methods of imaging measurements,the roles and sig-nificance of clinical assessment,and effective interventions.Besides,the latest results of animal experiments and clinical studies were summarized to provide an overview of the association between EAT and atrial cardiomyopathy and atrial remodeling,with a view to pro-viding a reference for future related mechanism studies and clinical exploration.关键词
