数字工具嵌入政府绩效管理的框架探析
Analysis on the Framework of Embedding Digital Tools into Government Performance Management
摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of big data technology has brought new opportunities and challenges for government performance management at all levels in China,and the improvement of government performance management mode based on digital tools and technology can help promote the modernization of China's system and capacity for governance.Starting from the analysis of the profound changes and significance brought by the embedding of digital tools for the realization of governmental public value and efficiency value,this paper proposes the specific contents and paths of the four-fold framework of digital tools embedded in digital performance thinking,digital performance governance,digital performance process,and digital performance supervision under the dual-value orientation,in order to realize the digital empowerment and strategic synergy of governmental performance management,comprehensively improve the level of governmental performance management,and achieve the goal of the transformation of digital government performance governance centered on public value and efficiency value.关键词
