Abstract
Archive digitization technician is a new occupation that has emerged with the development of the digital economy and the division of labor in society.The occupational connotation determines occupation competence framework,which is the foundation for archive digitization technician to be competent in the work and achieve career development.With the continuous expansions and changes in career prospects,the occupational connotation and competence framework of archive digitization technician also need to be constantly updated and improved.Only by constantly adapting to new social needs and the development trends of the archival industry,the value of archive digitization technician can be better realize.关键词
