摘要

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes to labor relations and labor forms,leading to the emergence of a range of digital professions and a substantial demand for new types of digital talent.In the process of archive digitization,the substantial shortage of archival digital occupational talent and the relatively underdeveloped training system have become the"shortcomings"restricting the cultivation of such professionals.In response to this,this article explores solutions to the current dilemmas faced by archival digital occupational talent from the perspective of career management,considering both individual and organizational angles.
