Abstract
Rural governance is an important part of the national governance system,and the modernization of rural governance is an important link to realize the Chinese-style modernization.As the lifeline of the Party and the fundamental work line,the mass line plays an extremely important role in the process of promoting the modernization of rural governance,which is not only the key to doing a good job in agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era,but also the fundamental guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This article delves into the scientific connotation of the Party's mass line in the new era,comprehensively understands the mass line's historical evolution through four stages,focuses on the practical work of the Party's mass line in the new era.The mass line not only plays an extremely important political safeguard role in promoting the construction of rural governance in the new era,but also provides specific implementation approaches for the Party's rural governance practices.By strengthening the construction of grassroots cadres'teams,expanding the online mass line,and shaping rural spiritual culture,we pave the way for the practice of the mass line.Furthermore,this lays a solid social foundation for the fundamental goal of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.关键词
