秘书学专业学生专业认同现状调查及提升策略研究
A Study on the Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Professional Identity of Secretarial Science College Students
摘要
Abstract
An empirical study of the professional identity level of 382 college students majoring in secretarial science in seven schools was conducted by using a questionnaire.It is found that the overall level of professional identity of college students majoring in secretarial science is moderately high;the professional identity level of college students majoring in secretarial science is significantly different in political affiliation,the way of entering the major,ranking of professional GPA,the type of registration and perception of professional prospect.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the professional identity level of college students majoring in secretarial science are discussed from four main subjects:professional teaching and research group,teachers,students and secretarial-related work units.关键词
