Comparison of Calculation Methods of Service Life of Hose for Connection of Gas Appliances

分别依据HG/T 3087-2001《静密封橡胶零件贮存期快速测定方法》及GB/T 27800-2021《静密封橡胶制品使用寿命的快速预测方法》计算常温298.15 K、拉断伸长率为0.8时,橡胶材料使用寿命为分别为14.37、15.21 a.两种方法计算得到的橡胶材料使用寿命相近,原因是两标准使用的回归模型相同,均进行了二次回归.两种方法计算得到的橡胶材料使用寿命均与工程经验一致,因此在工程实践中可依据HG/T 3087-2001和GB/T 27800-2021进行橡胶材料使用寿命的预测.

According to Method of Accelerated Determination for Shelf-life of Rubber Static Sealing Parts(HG/T 3087-2001)and Determination of the Life for Static Sealing Rubber Products(GB/T 27800-2021),the service life of rubber materials is calculated to be 14.37 and 15.21 a at room temperature of 298.15 K and elongation at break of 0.8,respectively.The service life of rubber materials calculated by the two methods is similar,because the regression model used by the two standards is the same,and the quadratic re-gression is carried out.The service life of rubber mate-rials calculated by the two methods is consistent with the engineering experience,so the service life of rubber materials can be predicted according to HG/T 3087-2001 and GB/T 27800-2021 in engineering practice.
