井下巷道喷浆过程产尘的运移及分布特性
Transportation and distribution characteristics of dust produced by slurry spraying process in underground roadway

Abstract
The spraying process of the fully pneumatic slurry technology in underground coal mines involves slurry base material,spray effect and surrounding air,etc.It is a typical three-phase flow of gas,liquid and solid.Based on the CFD-DPM method and using the Eu-ler two-fluid model,the simulation involves the gas phase and water phase,while employing the Lagrangian model to track dust genera-ted in the spraying process.The dust diffusion process under the action of spray under various working conditions was studied,and the dust transportation and distribution characteristics were analyzed.The influence of spray angle and flow rate on the dust distribution was obtained.The influence of the change of spraying angle on the dust diffusion was mainly concentrated in the middle and lower regions.Controlling the spray flow can effectively reduce the regional dust,providing theoretical support for reasonable dust reduction and impro-ving the spraying efficiency.关键词
