Abstract
The endless rope winch is widely used in underground transportation due to its advantages such as large carrying capacity and continuous transportation without load transfer.However,its control system has defects such as large start stop impact and unsmooth speed regulation.In response to the above issues,this article conducted research on the speed control method of the endless rope winch,proposed a variable frequency speed control strategy using inner loop PID control and outer loop fuzzy control,and designs the corre-sponding control system.The system adopts a speed control scheme of PLC+frequency converter,which can achieve automatic start stop and adaptive speed control of the winch.The control strategy based on fuzzy PID can further improve the system control accuracy and re-sponse speed,effectively improving the operating efficiency of the winch.关键词
