Design and simulation analysis of hybrid isolator based on electromagnetism and magnetorheological elastomer

Abstract
A hybrid isolator based on electromagnetism and magnetorheological elastomer(MRE)is proposed and designed to address the problems of insufficient control of the active force of electromagnetic isolator and narrow frequency shift range of MRE isolator.Firstly,the overall structural design and magnetic circuit design of the hybrid isolator are analyzed,and the analytical electromagnetic force expression of the electromagnetic isolation system is analyzed using the equivalent magnetic circuit method,as well as the magnetic field analysis of the MRE isolation system.Secondly,COMSOL software was used to analyze the magnetic field simulation of electromagnetic isolation system and MRE isolation system,and Dymola dynamics simulation software was used to carry out dynamics simulation of the hybrid isolator to analyze its isolation performance.The simulation results show that increasing the excitation coil current of the hybrid isolator can make the maximum growth rate of the intrinsic frequency of the isolator,and the hybrid isolator has a significant reduction of the amplitude of the co-oscilla-tion at different excitation frequencies.关键词
